A holding deposit of £100 will be taken on application, and will be refunded against the value of the

Rent - One month’s rent in advance
Deposit - One month’s rent plus £100 or 5 weeks rent, whichever amount is lower
Any changes to Existing Tenancy Agreement – there is a charge of £25

Fully Managed Service – 12% per month
Inventory – Sliding scale depending on size and furnished £120 up to £240

Property and Landlord Setup Fee - £175 (one off payment)
