Ocean & Country Tenant & Landlord Fees
Tenants
Holding Deposit:
- A holding deposit of £100 will be taken on application and will be refunded against the value of the deposit for a successful reference.
- Rent: One month’s rent in advance
- Deposit: Maximum of 5 weeks rent
- Any changes to an existing tenancy there is a charge of £25
Property Management Fees
- Fully Managed Service – 12% of rent per calendar month
- Inventory – Sliding scale depending on property size and furnishing £120 to £240
- Tenancy Set Up Fee – £175
- Let Only Service £600
