Tenants

Holding Deposit:

A holding deposit of £100 will be taken on application and will be refunded against the value of the deposit for a successful reference. See holding deposit agreement for full terms and conditions.

Rent: One month’s rent in advance

Deposit: One month’s rent plus £100 or 5 weeks rent, whichever amount is lower

Any changes to Existing Tenancy Agreement – there is a charge of £50

Property Management Fees

Fully Managed Service – 12% of rent per month

Inventory – included in the cost

Property and Landlord Setup Fee – £600

Let Only Service £720

Inventory – £180

Standalone tenancy agreement – £240

Property inspection – £120
