Tenants

Holding Deposit:

A holding deposit of £100 will be taken on application and will be refunded against the value of the deposit for a successful reference.

Rent: One month’s rent in advance

Deposit: Maximum of 5 weeks rent

Any changes to an existing tenancy there is a charge of £25

Property Management Fees

Fully Managed Service – 12% of rent per calendar month

Inventory – Sliding scale depending on property size and furnishing £120 to £240

Tenancy Set Up Fee – £175
