My experience has been excellent I would highly recommend Ocean and Country as a company and in particular Steph who is brilliant. She is so knowledgeable and listens to exactly what you need when buying and selling your home right from initial meeting to completion. My first impressions of Stephanie and the way she presented the property were brilliant. I made an offer on the property and this was conveyed to the seller very promptly. There was recently an emergency at the property I own. The tenants reported water coming through the ceiling. It was the end of the working day and everyone had left the office except Teneil (Teneil Lobb) who took the call and contacted other members of the team to find out the contact number for the plumber they use. He was successfully contacted and went straight away to the property to deal with the situation. Their quick action undoubtedly saved damage to my property and distress to my tenants. The senior negotiator (Stephanie)  was brilliant from day one. Always very amenable to requests of extra viewings of the property and did a fantastic job chasing up solicitors / other parties in the chain. Very friendly and approachable and genuinely seemed to look after us throughout the process. We would highly recommend her (infact we did and one of our friends has put their house on the market with Ocean and Country as a direct result of our recommendation)!
